This place can really capture the imagination, it's just so fun. You are hidden away back in your own little world, with your own hobby mine (with full mineral rights, and plenty of them), evidence of human dwelling from hundreds of years ago (with a signal pit used to signal Cochise in his Stronghold, and four grinding pits), a private aquifer (we can show it to you), and a very cool 2-story house on top, overlooking this little kingdom. There is also another higher hilltop that you could build on. To be honest, there is just too much to describe in writing. Yet this whole other world is just a short jaunt off I-10 and all your worldly needs are just a short trip away. This could also make for a cool Airbnb or Glamping spot.
